The Village Singers (a local pop up community choir) led Carol singing around the village on Friday evening!  Thank you to all those who joined us and boosted our singing as we walked around Swanton Abbott. 

We kicked off the Christmas season on Advent Sunday, November 30th, 2025, with our special cafe style church service! Attendees enjoyed coffee and festive refreshments while listening to a message from David Adams, who encouraged us to go on a journey together to discover the true meaning of Christmas.

Today we enjoyed a wonderful bring and share harvest supper with the church family.

Our chapel was full for this year’s harvest festival as we thanked God for His provision, heard from a local farmer, shared homemade treats, and supported the North Norfolk Foodbank with generous donations.

This week we’re celebrating Colette, who lovingly creates a beautiful flower arrangement each week. Her thoughtful work brings colour, joy, and life to our church family.

A special morning at Swanton Abbott Primary as the chapel gifted sketching sets to the Year 6 leavers. May God bless them as they begin their new schools.

Today we had a great interactive and informal time this morning together.  The chapel was laid out café style and there was barely a seat free as we were enjoyed coffee and cake both before, during and after the service!

We want to give a special thank you Neil Hodgkins who came a gave our chapel garden a tidy up.
