Good Friday in North Walsham

The Walk of Witness on Good Friday was well attended by people from churches across the North Walsham area, along with members of the public who joined us along the way.

We walked in silence through the town, pausing at key points to sing and hear Bible readings. The weather was just right, adding to the peaceful and reflective atmosphere.

It was a moving experience, as we remembered the events of that first Good Friday, when Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was crucified for all.

A heartfelt thank you to the North Walsham Phoenix Group for serving refreshments afterwards in their delightful café and to the Salvation Army Band for leading us so well in music, as well as the New Life Church stewards for keeping us safe as we crossed the roads.
