Blanket Blessings

Blanket blessings started on Saturday 7th June at the chapel - and was a great success! Lots of people came to begin making blankets for end of life care. 

No experience was needed, and some were learning to crochet or knit for the first time!

Thank you to all those who donated wool and came to support the launch of this very worthwhile group - all superbly organised by Clare Winston, who is part of our church family and lives in the village.

Tea and delicious cake was in abundance!!

The group meets again Saturday July 5th.
